3- Check: This payment method is only valid for "Ecuador" and the services will be enabled once the payment has been made.
4- Credit card in person, we accept all credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, Solidario, this payment method requires you to be in person at our company, and finally
5- Cash, valid only in person or by deposit in our accounts.
1) We are a company legally constituted in Ecuador.
2) We have a physical address.
3) We have been working in this business area since April 18, 2006 (It's been many years now 🙂 )
4) As you can see we have an EV SSL Certificate in our domain which indicates that our existence as a company is real.
5) We have conventional telephone numbers, cell phones, emails, Facebook, Online Chat.
6) We have our own Datacenter in Latin America.

Yes, you can increase or decrease your plan at any time, in the event that you wish to increase, which is the most frequent, in that case we will only charge you the proportional part.
Ideally, everything would be with us :D, but if you want that mode of course you can, you just have to change the DNS servers of your domain for ours (Cpanel: ns1.hostingsupremo.net, ns2.hostingsupremo.net) However, we always recommend transferring the domain to us so that you have all your centralized services.
Yes, from the "Personal" plan, either with the Cpanel panel you can create any type of website, virtual stores such as Prestashop, WooCommerce, Magento, etc...
Yes, to have your website on the internet you need a domain name and associated hosting or web hosting.
Of course yes. In the contracting form you will have to include your identification number for the registration of the domains and the invoicing of the services. If you are a resident in Ecuador, enter your ID or RUC, otherwise indicate the type of identification "Other identification" and enter your DNI (National Identification Document, this varies in each country).
If what you want is to only have email accounts and/or a simple website or a small platform, the ideal is to hire a "Personal" plan. If you need medium to large databases for your website or to install any web application such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Prestashop... You will need a "Basic" plan from now on. All our plans are scalable.

If you buy a domain with us we give you 2 corporate emails for free, for example: sales@mydomain.com with 500mb of storage each, without having hosting, but if you purchase hosting you can create many more corporate emails and with much more space.
